New addition: Biologics
This enhanced element of the database features letters issued by FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) and includes materials reviewed by the Advertising and Promotional Labeling Branch (APLB). Enforcement letters dating back over 10 years are categorized and summarized for field-based and text searches.
Coming Soon: Medical Devices
This enhanced element of the database features letters issued by the Centers for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and includes letters issued by the Office of Compliance (OC) and various branch offices. Enforcement letters dating back over 10 years are categorized and presented with high-level summaries of promotional violations.
