PorzioLS proudly announces the addition of Keren F. Bisnauth as Compliance Associate. Ms. Bisnauth counsels life sciences companies on a variety of compliance issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws, FDA promotional regulations, industry standards regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, and sampling requirements. Keren also collaborates on new products and services utilizing the existing business structure to expand the suite of compliance and regulatory services offered.
Additionally, Ms. Bisnauth is an associate of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Compliance, Commercialization and Regulatory Counseling Department. In her capacity with the law firm, Ms. Bisnauth assists in the development of compliance programs for companies governing the sale and marketing of drugs and devices and the distribution of samples under federal and state law.
