These changes in job title reflect the work that these individuals have been doing during this exciting entrepreneurial time in the company's history.
Effective as of July 1, 2021:
• Chris DePhillips' title has been changed to Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel. In addition to continuing as the company's general counsel and overseeing the company's daily operations, Chris will continue to lead Porzio Life Sciences' Puerto Rico team and will also oversee the continued development and implementation of Porzio Compliance Digest.
• Mike O'Connor's title has been changed to Vice President and Chief Product Officer. Mike will continue to focus on data analytics, technology, and innovation for the company's growing end-to-end compliance platform.
• Chrissy Bradshaw's title has been changed to Vice President, Compliance & Transparency Services. Chrissy will oversee the company's price transparency services and will also play a key role in a new business unit designed to investigate and implement new products and services for Porzio Life Sciences.
