What happens if I need to update the expert hours after approval?

It depends on the state of the event:

• If the event is in the Pre Event column, the nomination can be reopened for edits. To reopen a nomination, open the nomination details, then click the 3 dots in the upper right and select “Edit”. This will undo all approvals and reopen the nomination. After making the adjustments, resubmit the nomination for approval. 
• If the event if in the Post Event column, the nomination cannot be reopened. However, adjustments can be made during the payment submission process to include the cost of additional hours.
