TODD D. ROTH is Director of Compliance Services of Porzio Life Sciences, LLC. In this role, Mr. Roth meets with life sciences companies to identify sales and marketing challenges and to propose solutions that streamline their practices in meeting compliance requirements of all 50 states and the District of Columbia. He counsels life sciences companies on a variety of compliance issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws, FDA promotional regulations, industry standards regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, and sampling requirements.
Mr. Roth is also Counsel to the law firm Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. Todd's broad practice includes counseling pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies regarding legal compliance, product warnings, risk management and litigation avoidance, including strategy development and review of physician-facing, direct-to patient and internal marketing and promotional materials. As a litigator, he has represented manufacturers, distributors and retailers of various products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, industrial equipment, recreational vehicles and automobiles in all aspects of products liability litigation in both state and federal courts. He concentrates his law practice in the areas of products liability, pharmaceutical liability, commercial litigation and general litigation.
Mr. Roth received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
