NANCY HENSHAW is the Regulatory Lead for RLDatix Life Sciences (FKA Porzio Life Sciences). Ms. Henshaw oversees regulatory specifications for the development of this end-to-end drug price reporting software solution.

 

In her role, Ms. Henshaw collaborates with the internal development team to establish parameters for state price transparency reporting requirements. She meets with current and new clients to educate them regarding the nuances of state price reporting, and to implement the state price transparency reporting solution.

 

Ms. Henshaw was formerly a member of the organization’s Transparency & Limitations Team, on which she shared responsibility for the development and support of the Transparency & Limitations Database, as well as the Mid-level Regulations Legend Drugs and Controlled Substances Databases of the Porzio Compliance Digest. During this time, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the state laws and federal legislation affecting the sales and marketing practices of the life sciences industry. While on this team, she also assisted in the development of state reporting protocols and the preparation and filing of sales and marketing disclosure reports.

 

Ms. Henshaw received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hope College. She enjoys spending her free time on her boat with her family and watching the sunrise over the lake where she lives.
